The Monthly Pinball Tournament at Super Rad Retro Lounge is one of the premier pinball events in the Triangle. On the first Saturday of every month, pinball players from Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and beyond converge on Glenwood South to compete on our collection of fully restored classic pinball machines. Whether you are a seasoned wizard who can hold a multiball for minutes or a newcomer who just wants to see how high you can score, this tournament has a place for you.
What sets our pinball tournament apart is the machines themselves. Super Rad's pinball lineup is meticulously restored in-house, from the playfields and bumpers to the backglass and cabinet art. Every flipper is responsive, every lane rollover registers perfectly, and every machine plays the way it was designed to. We rotate the featured tournament machines each month so you are always facing a new challenge and never playing the same game twice in a row. Registration closes when the tournament begins at 4:00 PM. Arrive early to warm up on the featured machines and secure your spot.

How to Join the Tournament
1. Mark your calendar. The tournament happens the first Saturday of every month. Follow us on social media for reminders and featured machine announcements.
2. Show up early. Head to Super Rad Retro Lounge by 3:30 PM to register at the bar and get some warm-up time on the featured machines.
3. Register at the bar. Give us your name and you are officially in the tournament. No pre-registration or fees required.
4. Compete. Play the featured machines and post your best scores. Consistency across multiple tables is the key to victory.
